Executive Leadership Training for people who already know the theory

You have read the books. You have sat through the away-days. What you need now is a programme that changes how you actually lead on Monday morning. We run small cohorts of eight to twelve senior leaders through a twelve-week intensive that produces measurable shifts in decision-making, team performance and commercial results.

Twelve weeks that rewire how you lead

Most leadership courses dump information on you for two days and hope something sticks. Ours works differently. Each phase builds on the last, with real assignments tied to your actual role. You will not be writing hypothetical case studies about fictional companies.

Diagnostic fortnight

Before the programme begins, we conduct 360-degree interviews with your direct reports, peers and board-level sponsors. This gives us a frank picture of your leadership patterns, not a self-reported personality quiz. We compile a confidential brief that shapes your individual learning track within the cohort.

Pressure-tested workshops

Weeks three through eight consist of six half-day workshops. Each one focuses on a single leadership challenge: difficult conversations, resource allocation under ambiguity, cross-functional alignment, stakeholder management when interests conflict, building a culture that retains talent, and decision-making speed versus quality. You practise with live scenarios drawn from participants' own organisations.

One-to-one coaching sprints

Between workshops, every participant has three private coaching sessions with a facilitator who has held C-suite or board positions themselves. These are not therapy. They are tactical: what did you try this week, what happened, what will you do differently by Thursday?

Capstone and peer review

In weeks ten through twelve, each leader presents a change initiative they have implemented during the programme. The cohort gives structured feedback. We measure outcomes against the diagnostic baseline. You leave with a documented record of what shifted and a peer network that lasts well beyond the final session.

Three programmes, each built for a different stage

The Catalyst (for new C-suite leaders)

Designed for leaders within their first eighteen months of a C-level or managing director role. The transition from functional head to enterprise leader is jarring. This programme focuses on stakeholder mapping, board communication, strategic prioritisation and the shift from doing to directing. Cohorts run three times per year, limited to ten participants.

The Forge (for established senior leaders)

For leaders who have been in post for two or more years and feel the pull of stagnation. You know your organisation well, perhaps too well. The Forge challenges ingrained habits around delegation, risk appetite and innovation governance. Participants frequently describe it as the hardest professional development they have done. That is the point.

Team Intensive (bespoke for leadership teams)

When an entire executive team needs to realign, we bring the programme in-house. Over four to six weeks we work with your specific dynamics: the unspoken tensions, the decision bottlenecks, the meetings that run long and resolve nothing. We have run these for teams of five up to teams of sixteen across financial services, healthcare, technology and professional services.

Before you apply

Our participants are typically managing directors, C-suite executives, divisional heads or senior partners. If you manage a P&L, lead a function of fifty or more people, or sit on a board, you are in the right range. We deliberately exclude mid-level managers because the challenges at senior level are qualitatively different, not just harder versions of the same thing.
The Catalyst and Forge programmes are priced at £8,500 plus VAT per participant. The Team Intensive is scoped individually because the duration and number of facilitators vary. We are happy to share a detailed fee breakdown once we understand your requirements. There are no hidden extras for materials or follow-up coaching sessions.
Workshops happen in person at our base near Muller Bridge, England. We chose a location away from central London deliberately: fewer distractions, better focus, and participants tend to stay for dinner, which is where some of the most useful peer conversations happen. Coaching sessions between workshops can be conducted via video call if travel is impractical.
We understand that senior leaders have unpredictable diaries. You can miss one workshop without penalty. If you need to miss two or more, we will offer you a place in the next cohort at no additional charge. We do ask that you let us know at least 48 hours in advance so we can adjust group exercises.
Yes, a short one. After you submit an enquiry, we arrange a twenty-minute call. We want to understand your current role, what you hope to get from the programme, and whether the cohort timing works for you. We also need to ensure the group has a productive mix of sectors and experience levels. We turn away roughly one in five applicants, usually because a different programme would serve them better.
